Quadfire -- Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Quadfire account and its data at any time.

How to ask

In the game: Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. You can cancel the request there while it's waiting.

Or by email (if you can't open the game):

1. Email jpgreenstudios@gmail.com with the subject "Quadfire account deletion".
2. Tell us your Quadfire username (your Google Play Games name, shown in the game's profile screen).
3. Send it from the email address of the Google account you play with, so we can check the account is yours. We may ask you to confirm.

We delete the account within 30 days (and, if you emailed us, reply when it's done).

What is deleted

Your account and everything saved to it: your username, squad and loadouts, credits and items, ratings and rankings (and your places on the leaderboards), challenges, tournament entries, friends list and parties.

What is kept for a while

• Chat messages you sent and activity records (sign-ins, rewards): deleted automatically 90 days after they were made.
• Match records: deleted 30 days after the match.
• Feedback you sent us, and your deletion request: deleted 180 days after we've dealt with them.
• Reports other players made about your chat messages: kept up to 180 days after they are dealt with, to keep players safe.
• Server connection logs (IP addresses): rotated and deleted regularly.
